BH Cosmetics Foil Eyes Eyeshadow Palette ($nineteen.00 for i.58 oz.) contains 28, metallic eyeshadows. I picked this upwards a couple of months ago, considering it was getting a lot of fizz, and I've been really impressed past the quality overall. Just a few shades had issues, and they were adequately minor (slightly less pigmented, could apply better with primer or with a dampened castor).
